SHIPPING POLICY
All items are hand made, many upon order. so some will take a couple of weeks to create, package and post.
all UK shipping is free and international shipping is at a flat rate of $20 (USD)
RETURN POLICY
If you are unhappy with an item then i am very sorry to hear that. you deserve to enjoy what you pay for and nobody likes receiving an item bought online and its quality not being up to scratch. If that is the case we will refund the piece at full price (not including shipping fee) once the item has been returned to the Cranberry Kelpies studio.
